Request an annual service or a repair in our NW London–M25 launch area. We’ll match you with an independent Gas Safe engineer. They set their own price and carry out the work. BoilerService handles payment for the booking through a secure online payment.

  1. We review your request for the NW London–M25 launch area.
  2. We introduce you to an independent Gas Safe engineer.
  3. They confirm a slot and their price with you, usually on WhatsApp.
  4. You pay BoilerService by secure online payment (we send a payment link). We take a platform fee and pay the engineer.
